We are pleased to provide a variety of shipping options based on your delivery location and product being purchased.
Most items ship with no additional shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States for delivery with 5 to 7 days from order placement.
Some of our retailers may take longer to ship your order. When this is the case, the estimated shipping time will be listed on the Product Page.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred based on the product being purchased, the shipping service and delivery address selected at checkout. Purchasing from multiple retailers in one order may result in multiple shipping charges.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless explicitly listed on the Product Page. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays. If our retailers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All of our retailers provide shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States. Some retailers do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Addresses
Currently, ShopSimon™ does not support the shipment of items to addresses outside of the United States.
If you do want to ship your items to an international address, you can use a 3rd party freight forwarding service with a US based address. ShopSimon™ recommends the following service - Shipito.
Any costs associated with the use of such services are the responsibility of the customer.
Any shipping issues with an order after it has been delivered to a 3rd party freight forwarder are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped by a retailer. If you purchased from multiple retailers on a single order, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails. Each email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Onward VIP Protection+
If you purchased Onward VIP Protection+ with your order, you can simply report an issue to Onward via the Onward Resolution Center.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders within 30 days from the last valid tracking event.

If you purchased Onward VIP Protection+ with your order, you can report an issue within 15 days of delivery through the Onward Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at ShopSimon™ Support.
We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims.
Lost Shipment
If you purchased Onward VIP Protection+ with your order, you can report an issue within 15 days of delivery through the Onward Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
