If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report a loss within 30 days after placing your order through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have not been delivered in 30 days, please notify us at ShopSimon™ Support.
We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims.
