Returns are made directly to the retailer. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once the retailer has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification via e-mail confirming that a refund has been issued.
If it's been more than 7 days since your return has been received by the retailer, please contact our customer experience team and we can work with the retailer to provide an update on your refund status.
If the item is final sale and you purchased Make It Returnable with your order, then you will need to submit your return through the Seel Resolution Center. You will also receive an email from Seel once the return has been received.
