What is Make It Returnable?
Seel Make It Returnable is a return option on final sale merchandise that shoppers can purchase at checkout.
Make It Returnable gives shoppers a 7-day return window on otherwise final sale items. If you’re unhappy with the purchase for any reason, Seel will buy it back from you for 100% of the purchase price you paid.
What is the Make It Returnable policy?
Make It Returnable applies to all eligible final sale items in an order. If an order includes both eligible and ineligible items, only the eligible items may be returned through Seel Make It Returnable.
All purchases are subject to a return period of 7 days, and returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. To initiate a return, please go to Your Purchases page and follow the instructions for submitting a return.
In the event your entire order is cancelled by the Seller or all items in your order are successfully disputed, the Make It Returnable fee will be refunded to you. However, the fee will not be refunded for partial cancellations or partial disputes.
Please also note that shipping fees are not covered by Make It Returnable. The original shipping fee will not be returned and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed via your refund method of choice (Venmo, Paypal, direct deposit, or giftcard).
Make It Returnable is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

How to return
- Report your return within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return. Choose your preferred refund method and return shipping option.
- Follow the instructions provided to ship your return within 7 days of delivery. Once received and inspected for eligibility, your refund will be processed.
*Return shipping and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
