If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
If you did not purchase Delivery Guarantee, please contact the ShopSimon™ customer experience team. Please note that items are classified as damaged if they are received with an imperfection or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that become damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered damaged.
