If you purchased Onward VIP Protection+ with your order, you can report an issue within 15 days of delivery through the Onward Resolution Center.
If you did not purchase Onward VIP Protection+, please contact the ShopSimon™ customer experience team. Please note that items are classified as damaged if they are received with an imperfection or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that become damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered damaged.
