Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

You can cancel orders within 30 minutes of being placed on our site.  To initiate an order cancelation, please go to the order management page:

You can cancel Return Assurance within 30 minutes of an order being placed on our site.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after 30 minutes.  Once our retail partners receive an order from us, they are generally unable to cancel it.  

Any order cancelation after 30 minutes will be at the retailer’s discretion.  If you are unable to cancel your order, you can initiate a return once you receive the item.  Final Sale items, however, are not eligible for returns.
